The partnership
Ahorn Camp has been using Renault Master chassis since 2013. In 2014, the strategic decision was made to use only Renault Master chassis as the basis for Ahorn Camp motorhomes. The reasons for this were clearly the technical advantages of the Renault Master over other motorhome chassis. The Renault diesel engines are some of the most modern on the market and are also used in many Mercedes cars, for example. As Ahorn Camp is particularly active in the motorhome rental market, the reliability of the engines and chassis is very important here. The Renault Master has been proven to have one of the lowest breakdown statistics compared to other chassis. The Renault Master also won the DEKRA long-term test two years in a row. Since Ahorn Camp has made "best price-performance ratio" its motto, the Renault Master is a perfect fit.
Over the following years, the partnership between Renault and Ahorn intensified, which led to Ahorn Camp becoming an exclusive motorhome brand in Germany, among other things. Ahorn motorhomes have also been presented on the Renault stand at the most important motorhome trade fair - the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf - since 2017. Since 2017, Ahorn motorhomes have been sold in exclusive partnerships via selected Renault dealerships throughout Germany. Ahorn is therefore currently the motorhome supplier for selected Renault dealers. In 2019, Renault honored the existing partnership with a major event for Ahorn and its affiliated dealers at the Renault Master main plant in Batilly. Currently, 30 Renault dealerships across Germany sell Ahorn Camp motorhomes. This network continues to grow.

This adds two vans based on the Master and Trafic to the model range. The partnership between Renault France and Ahorn Camp is expanding and becoming ever more intensive.

The motorhomes are sold directly through car dealerships in close cooperation with the Ahorn Camp headquarters. This creates a symbiosis between car and motorhome sales. Ahorn Camp launches the pilot project with the first Renault partners, which will be continuously expanded over the next few years.
