The 100 Ah lithium battery not only saves 12.4 kg in weight compared to the standard 80 Ah AGM battery, but also offers around twice the usable energy yield, as a lithium battery can be discharged to almost 100%, whereas an AGM battery can only be discharged to around 60%. The integrated BMS (Battery Management System) protects the battery in the event of deep discharge, short circuits or excessive currents. It also has a Bluetooth interface to the cell phone, on which the charge status or current can be conveniently read thanks to a free app.
