The Truma frost protection guard is an indispensable safety component for anyone who does not want to do without the comfort of their motorhome or caravan even at low temperatures. This automatic drain valve reliably protects your water system from frost damage - without the need for electricity.

Frost protection you can trust
If the temperature in the vehicle drops below approx. 3 °C, the Truma frost monitor automatically opens the valve and drains the water from the boiler and the pipes. This effectively prevents frost damage - even if you are not on site.

Powerless & reliable
The frost protection monitor works completely independently of the power supply. Ideal for winter camping or for longer periods outdoors.

Manual locking with control button
As soon as the ambient temperature rises above approx. 7 °C, you can close the valve again manually. The clearly visible display provides you with information about the current status of the valve at all times - open or closed.
