Ahorn Camp and Eintracht Frankfurt auction off exclusive van - 50 % of the proceeds for a good cause

A real highlight for all Eintracht fans and vanlife enthusiasts is going under the hammer: In cooperation with Eintracht Frankfurt, we are auctioning off an exclusive collector's item - the unique Eintracht Frankfurt van realized as part of the partnership.

Now fans have the chance to call this fully branded one-off their own: From July 16 to July 1, 2025, the iconic Van 620 - equipped with iconic Eintracht design and extensive fan merchandise - can be purchased at auction here. The starting price is 30,000 euros, the new price of the van is 74,298 euros including VAT.

And the best part: 50 % of the final auction amount will go to the children's aid organization MainKind e.V. – a Frankfurt-based initiative dedicated to the fight against child poverty. It provides targeted help where it is needed - whether music lessons, sports club fees or tutoring. In this way, MainKind enables disadvantaged children and young people to participate in society, receive an education and have fair opportunities.

1st organizer

The auction is organized by:
Ahorn Camp GmbH

(hereinafter referred to as "organizer")

2. auction item

Up for auction is a used maple Camp Van - model Van 620 - fully foiled in Eintracht Frankfurt Design and equipped with fan merchandise. It is a one-off (unique piece) that was created as part of an official cooperation between Ahorn Camp and Eintracht Frankfurt. The van is Usedbut in very good condition and with a new price of 74,298 € incl. VAT. and including stickers.

Starting price of the auction: 30,000 € (incl. VAT)

3. auction period

The online auction will take place from June 16, 2025, 10:00 a.m. until 1. July 2025, 18:00 CEST takes place.

4. eligibility to participate

Eligible to participate are all natural persons of legal age with unlimited legal capacity as well as legal entities with residence or registered office in the European Union. Employees of the organizer or their relatives are excluded from participation.

5. course of the auction

• Bids can only be submitted via the online form integrated on the auction page.
• Each bid is binding.
• The amount of the next bid is based on the current highest bid plus the minimum bid amount specified by the system.
• The bidder with the highest bid at the end of the auction is awarded the contract.

6 Conclusion of the purchase contract

At the end of the auction, a Binding purchase contract between the highest bidder and the organizer. The organizer will notify the winner by email within 48 hours.

7 Payment and transfer of ownership

• The auction winner undertakes to pay the amount bid within 7 working days after receipt of the payment request to the specified account of the organizer.
• The amount is gross incl. statutory sales tax.
• After receipt of payment the Handover of the vehicle according to individual agreement. Ownership is also transferred upon handover.

8. intended use of the proceeds

50 % of the auction amount realized will be donated by Ahorn Camp to the children's aid organization MainKind e.V. based in Frankfurt am Main.

9. warranty

As this is a Auction according to § 156 BGB the sale takes place under Exclusion of any warrantyunless there is a legally compelling case (e.g. malice or intent).

The van can be viewed by prior arrangement.

10. data protection

Participants' personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the auction. The general data protection regulations of the organizer apply.

11. final provisions

• Legal recourse is excluded.
• German law applies.
• Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
