New name sponsor of the BIS Baskets Speyer
We are very pleased that we have been the new name sponsor of the BIS Baskets Speyer to be part of it. It is very important to us to support this regional team and contribute to the promotion of young talent.
Ahorn Camp - a family business with a sense of home. Although we have now established our brand far beyond the Palatinate and are represented throughout Germany with 3 branches and over 40 trade partners, as a motorhome manufacturer we are deeply rooted in Speyer.
For this reason, it is naturally very important to us as a company to support the cultural and leisure sector in Speyer. Team sports in particular, where it is not the individual but the team that is decisive, harmonize especially well with our corporate values. After all, we have already achieved a lot together as a team through precision, passion and speed.
We are therefore extremely pleased to announce that we are now supporting the BIS Baskets Speyer as their new name sponsor.
True to the motto: "Hustle, hit and never quit - always fight, never give up", we wish the Ahorn Camp BIS Baskets a successful season, exciting games and of course many victories.

About Ahorn Camp
The company Ahorn Wohnmobile GmbH was founded in 1991 in the municipality of Ahorn in the Odenwald by engineer and investor Joachim Reichmann. Since then, the maple leaf with the silhouette of a motorhome has been the company's trademark. The company grew rapidly and became the general importer for the German market for several major Italian motorhome brands. For personal reasons, Joachim Reichmann took a break in 2006 and the Ahorn company ceased operations until 2013.
Alexander Reichmann, who graduated from high school in Rome, worked at Fiat in Frankfurt am Main after completing his international business studies. He joined his father's company in 2013, initially as the only employee and then as Head of Sales in the following years. He took over the management in 2017.
With the sales system of selling motorhomes via 3 own branches and via a symbiosis with the Renault car dealership, as well as the launch of its own rental system Ahorn Rent, turnover has continued to increase rapidly every year. Dynamic, young marketing that addresses the major requirements of flexibility, independence and sustainability when traveling is also being driven forward. This was also recognized this year for the fourth time with the Focus Growth Champion seal.
Ahorn now has 3 branches in Germany: the head office in Speyer, a sales office in Mülheim a.d. Ruhr and in Dietzenbach near Frankfurt, where one of the largest Ahorn Rent locations in Germany is located. 60 employees advise and support customers every day at the Speyer location on their way to self-determined travel by motorhome.
One of the company's goals is to continue to reach new customer groups. While the main customers used to be so-called "best agers", more and more young people are becoming interested in traveling by motorhome. According to Reichmann, today "anyone who is interested in traveling is a potential customer". The motorhome is simply "the better alternative" to many other established types of travel, such as package tours, cruises or traveling by car. Other goals include increasing brand value and market share, as well as promoting the topic of sustainability.
Ahorn Camp sees itself today as a company between tradition and modernity, with a young and dynamic appointment and looks optimistically to the future - with ambitions to continue to grow.
