Ahorn Camp and Eintracht Frankfurt auction off exclusive van - 50 % of the proceeds for a good cause<\/strong><\/p>\n

A real highlight for all Eintracht fans and vanlife enthusiasts is going under the hammer: In cooperation with Eintracht Frankfurt, we are auctioning off an exclusive collector's item - the unique Eintracht Frankfurt van realized as part of the partnership.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Now fans have the chance to call this fully branded one-off their own: From July 16 to July 1, 2025, the iconic Van 620 - equipped with iconic Eintracht design and extensive fan merchandise - can be purchased at auction here. The starting price is 30,000 euros, the new price of the van is 74,298 euros including VAT.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And the best part: 50 % of the final auction amount will go to the children's aid organization MainKind e.V.<\/strong> \u2013 <\/strong>a Frankfurt-based initiative dedicated to the fight against child poverty. It provides targeted help where it is needed - whether music lessons, sports club fees or tutoring. In this way, MainKind enables disadvantaged children and young people to participate in society, receive an education and have fair opportunities.<\/p>\n

The auction is organized by:
\nAhorn Camp GmbH\u00a0<\/strong>
\nFranz-Kirrmeier Stra\u00dfe 8, 67346 Speyer
\n(hereinafter referred to as \"organizer\")<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. auction item<\/h3>\n

Up for auction is a used maple Camp Van - model Van 620<\/strong> - fully foiled in Eintracht Frankfurt<\/strong> Design and equipped with fan merchandise. It is a one-off (unique piece) that was created as part of an official cooperation between Ahorn Camp and Eintracht Frankfurt. The van is Used<\/strong>but in very good condition and with a new price of 74,298 \u20ac incl. VAT.<\/strong> and including stickers.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Starting price of the auction:<\/strong> 30,000 \u20ac (incl. VAT)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3. auction period<\/h3>\n

The online auction will take place from June 16, 2025, 10:00 a.m.<\/strong> until 1. July 2025, 18:00 CEST<\/strong> <\/a> takes place.<\/p>\n

4. eligibility to participate<\/h3>\n

Eligible to participate are all natural persons of legal age with unlimited legal capacity<\/strong> as well as legal entities with residence or registered office in the European Union<\/strong>. Employees of the organizer or their relatives are excluded from participation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5. course of the auction<\/h3>\n

  • Bids can only be submitted via the online form integrated on the auction page.<\/li>\n
  • Each bid is binding<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • The amount of the next bid is based on the current highest bid plus the minimum bid amount specified by the system.<\/li>\n
  • The bidder with the highest bid at the end of the auction<\/strong> is awarded the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    6 Conclusion of the purchase contract<\/h3>\n

    At the end of the auction, a Binding purchase contract<\/strong> between the highest bidder and the organizer. The organizer will notify the winner by email within 48 hours.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    7 Payment and transfer of ownership<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • The auction winner undertakes to pay the amount bid within 7 working days<\/strong> after receipt of the payment request to the specified account of the organizer.<\/li>\n
    • The amount is gross incl. statutory sales tax<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • After receipt of payment the Handover of the vehicle<\/strong> according to individual agreement. Ownership is also transferred upon handover.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      8. intended use of the proceeds<\/h3>\n

      50 % of the auction amount realized<\/strong> will be donated by Ahorn Camp to the children's aid organization MainKind e.V.<\/strong> based in Frankfurt am Main.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      9. warranty<\/h3>\n

      As this is a Auction according to \u00a7 156 BGB<\/strong> the sale takes place under Exclusion of any warranty<\/strong>unless there is a legally compelling case (e.g. malice or intent).<\/p>\n

      The van can be viewed by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      10. data protection<\/h3>\n

      Participants' personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the auction. The general data protection regulations of the organizer apply.<\/p>\n

      11. final provisions<\/h3>\n

      • German law applies.<\/li>\n
