The distribution of roles is clear. Fiat has dominated the motorhome market for years with the Ducato. A market share of around 75 percent speaks volumes. Ford is trying to win back lost market shares with the new Transit, Renault leads a niche existence in the caravanning industry. Despite Fiat's market dominance, however, they still exist: manufacturers who produce their motorhomes on Renault Master and Ford Transit.
