DJ Woodmore is back

We start the season with new and familiar talent!

At the start of training for the 2021/2022 season in the 2nd Basketball Bundesliga ProB, head coach Carl Mbassa welcomed a good acquaintance to the PSD Bank Halle Nord: DJ Woodmore is back with the Ahorn Camp BIS Baskets Speyer after a one-year stint with league rivals EPG Baskets Koblenz. "I am very happy to be back in familiar surroundings," emphasises the 29-year-old US American. "He is an experienced and good distance shooter," says BIS sports manager Gerd Kopf about the comboguard: "He knows the conditions in Speyer and also fits in very well with our team on a human level." Since 2014, the 1.90-metre athlete has repeatedly convinced the fans of Speyer of his qualities.
