- The organizer of this competition is Ahorn Camp GmbH.
- The winners will be drawn from all participants at the end.
- Declaration of consent under data protection law: The participant consents to his/her personal data being stored, processed and used by Ahorn Camp GmbH in compliance with the Data Protection Act. The data will be used for marketing purposes in the form of sending the participant product information (advertising) by post. The participant is aware that he/she can revoke his/her consent(s) at any time by e-mail to: marketing@ahorn-camp.dem can revoke it. Refusal of consent by the participant has no consequences with regard to the chances of winning the prize draw. The participant can withdraw their consent at any time. - Participation is independent of an order. By participating in the competition, the user accepts these conditions of participation.
- Participation only from the age of 21.
- Employees of Ahorn Camp GmbH are excluded from participation.
- The participant of the competition hereby agrees that the motorhome rental company Ahorn Camp may contact the winner of the motorhome trip (5 days) in order to agree on the exact model and the exact date depending on availability. The registered driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a driving license for at least one year in order to be allowed to drive Ahorn Camp vehicles.
- The prize of the motorhome trip is non-transferable and cannot be paid out.
- Legal recourse is excluded.
